.fig import/export, Kiwi codec, clipboard, pen tool, vector networks, groups, Tauri v2 desktop, sections, multi-page, hover highlight, Tier 1 rendering.

UI Editor + Layout ✅

Components, instances, overrides, component sets, variables (COLOR/FLOAT/STRING/BOOLEAN), collections, modes, image export, context menu, rich text formatting.

Fase 3 🟡

@open-pencil/core, CLI (12 commands), MCP server (29+ tools), AI chat (OpenRouter), JSX renderer, code panel.

Planned: port remaining figma-use tools, attached mode, design guidelines, screenshot verification loop.

File I/O + Feature Visive 🔲

Prototyping, comments, PWA, Linux Tauri builds, performance optimization, full Figma compatibility test suite.
