## Fase 3 🟡
@open-pencil/core, CLI (12 commands), MCP server (29+ tools), AI chat (OpenRouter), JSX renderer, code panel.

**Planned:** port remaining figma-use tools, attached mode, design guidelines, screenshot verification loop.
