Wire two engine-supported features into the properties panel:

- Layout grids: a full editor section for frames (pattern, count, gutter/
section size, margin, visibility) using the existing canvas renderer
Add a Layout grid section for frames/components with pattern (columns/rows/
grid), count, gutter/section size, and margin, plus visibility and remove
actions. The canvas already rendered layout grids from imported files; this
wires creation and editing through the standard panel list pattern with
undo support and icon+tooltip pattern options.
Surface the engine's textAutoResize as a Resizing segmented control for
text nodes, mapping Figma's three modes: Auto width (WIDTH_AND_HEIGHT),
Auto height/wrap (HEIGHT), Fixed size (NONE). Icon + tooltip options match
the panel's segmented-control language. The engine already reflows text on
content changes; this wires the control to it with undo support.

Add /^\d+$/ guard to opacityFromBuffer so strings like '12x', '5abc',
or '3.5' return 100% instead of silently parsing the numeric prefix.
Add unit tests for partial, decimal, scientific, negative, and
whitespace-prefixed buffers.
Add Number.isFinite guard to editor.setOpacity so NaN, Infinity, and
-Infinity are rejected silently instead of corrupting node opacity.
Tighten opacityFromBuffer to use Number.isFinite for the same reason.
Add 3 unit tests covering NaN, Infinity, and -Infinity rejection.
Extract opacityFromBuffer as a pure function in core/editor and test
it directly. Covers Figma semantics: 0→100%, 5→50%, 28→28%, 00→0%,
100→100%, clamp at 100%, NaN guard. Refactor the keyboard handler to
reuse the shared function instead of inlining the buffer math.
- Move setOpacity to core editor action (packages/core/src/editor/nodes.ts)
so it is testable directly without duplicating logic in tests
- Replace external window listener with tinykeys bindings in
registerKeyboardShortcuts, reusing shared input/focus guards
