* Removed unnecessary namespaces

 - Auto Recover of Transient error

 - Remove of StartAsync
 - Auto Recover of Transient error

 - Removed dependency of DistributedLockProvider
 - Better Log management

Due to a bug with registering AutoMapper profiles, only the first mapping profile would get registered.
Also merged AutoMapper utilities into Elsa.Core.
