Fix definition serialization for designer
...
This fixes the issue where a JSON response is sent back to the designer that includes $id fields, which potentially causes roundtrip issues when sent back to the server where the $id fields are then regarded as property keys, potentially conflicting with $id fields generated by Newtonsoft Json to serialize references.
