Sipke Schoorstra ec866ad381 Prevent native property name collision 
This change ensures that the WorkflowDefinitionActivity supports custom input definitions even if they use the same name as properties already present on the activity, such as WorkflowDefinitionId.

The order here is important. Before this change, the flowchart would determine that there was still pending work, after which the FlowJoin would then cancel that work, leaving the Flowchart uncompleted.

Sipke Schoorstra c9e2b11dfe Fix RunTask activity 
This fixes the issue where its bookmark would include the activity instance ID, which causes the task completion reporter to miss the bookmark, since the activity instance ID is not included. Including the activity instance ID is not necessary for locating the correct activity instance because the generated Task ID is unique for each activity run.

Fixes #4511
