Goal — close the build: tests, docs and the definition of done.

Owner — Code Expert (w4c-code).

Deliverables

Tests: store/API unit tests (create, validate empty title, toggle, delete, 404 on a missing id) and one end-to-end check of the add → toggle → delete flow.
pnpm lint && pnpm typecheck && pnpm test && pnpm build documented as the CI command and wired into the CI workflow.
README quickstart (install → migrate → dev → test → env) accurate on a clean clone; .env.example complete; no secret committed.
Accessibility pass: landmarks, labelled input, visible focus, keyboard add/toggle/delete, AA contrast.

Acceptance (commands)

pnpm lint && pnpm typecheck && pnpm test && pnpm build → exit 0 on a clean clone.
README quickstart followed literally works; git status clean after it; restart the server → data persists.
