Kayshen-X fed1d26bb4 test(editor): align shape-picker tests with padded row geometry 
panel_height now includes PANEL_PAD_Y*2 and the pressed-row wash is
inset by ROW_HL_INSET_Y within a taller (36px) row; update both stale
assertions to mirror the paint geometry via the same constants.
