Danila Poyarkov fb03c84ecc Fix bogus fig-import mappings: expanded and strokeMiterLimit 
expanded: was mapped from frameMaskDisabled (unrelated Kiwi field),
now defaults to true. strokeMiterLimit: was mapped from speculative
strokeMiterAngle field that doesn't exist in Kiwi codec, now uses
hardcoded default 4.
