Danila Poyarkov ec741a9388 Remove dead files: codegen.md duplicate and planning doc ... codegen.md is identical to codegen-prompt.ts (the TS export is what's actually used — no code references codegen.md). design-to-code-overview.md is a planning doc superseded by the actual implementation.
