Kayshen-X 014dca45f5 feat(editor-core): add UI-facing codegen state types ... Plain-data types for the Code panel (Framework / CodegenPhase / ChunkStatus / CodeGenProgress / ChunkProgress / AssetMeta / CodegenState) in a new op-editor-core::codegen module.
