Fini 6a74933945 feat(element-tools): add heading-v1 with theme parameter (9 touchpoints) ... Task 2.3 — representative v1 tool walkthrough for Plan 14 byte-parity contract. Light mode is byte-equal to add_heading_v0 (V0_LATIN_PRESETS table reused); dark/system modes use resolveTheme() for fill color and typography token refs.
