- Reuse useInlineRename composable for collection and mode renaming
- Accept Event in useInlineRename.commit to eliminate template casts
- Remove HTMLInputElement casts from PagesPanel and LayerTree blur handlers
- Remove hand-rolled rename state from dialog composable
