Kayshen-X 040dac75e2 fix(desktop): fall back to the releases feed when the GitHub API is rate limited ... The anonymous GitHub API allows 60 requests per hour per source IP, so users behind a shared egress can find the quota already spent by strangers. The probe then reported "cannot reach the release server, check your network connection" on a network that was working. The releases Atom feed is served by github.com rather than api.github.com and is not on that quota, so it answers when the API will not. The API stays the first choice for its richer response; the feed only covers the case where the API refuses to answer at all.
