Kayshen-X 4fb17fb54c perf(canvas): cache parsed SVG paths in the CanvasKit bridge 
Every chrome icon / lucide glyph / brand logo / vector node re-parsed its d
string via CK.Path.MakeFromSVGString on every frame. Cache the parsed,
untransformed path keyed on d; callers draw a .copy() they transform + delete,
leaving the cached original pristine. Bounded (1024) with wasm-heap cleanup on
overflow. Mirrors the native svg_path_cache. Verified on :3100 — icons render
identically, no JS errors.
