Fini d597775b46 feat(agent): attach per-batch layout feedback to design tool results ... Every mutating batch_design / emit_elements result now carries layoutIssues (real-layout geometry diagnostics) plus an actionable hint, so the model sees each batch's geometric consequences immediately and repairs them in-process instead of piling defects up for the loop-end finalize.
