Danila Poyarkov 837c09bd78 fix(tauri): ATS exception for localhost WebSocket on macOS ... Allow insecure localhost connections via NSAllowsLocalNetworking so the WebSocket bridge works in release builds on macOS. Also add debug logging for WebSocket and MCP health check failures.
