- Move component properties, symbol overrides, derived symbol data, and clone synchronization into @open-pencil/fig\n- Add the public instance-overrides subpath with package tests and packed smoke coverage\n- Remove cross-package forwarding modules and enforce direct owner imports in architecture checks
