Kayshen-X 096feaf0eb refactor(ai): collapse subagent protocols onto script-gen via the shared runner ... script-gen is THE generation protocol for every model on full attempts; the reduced/minimal retry rungs keep flat JSONL. The program-DSL and element-manifest branches, their prompt formats, and the OPENPENCIL_{SCRIPT_GEN,PROGRAM_GEN,MANIFEST} env gates are gone; run_program_to_forest survives as the shared executor.
