Danila Poyarkov 213db6373a refactor(kiwi): group fig format internals 
- Move codec, NodeChange conversion, and instance overrides under kiwi/fig
- Flatten the codec entrypoint to kiwi/fig/codec
- Keep schema-runtime as the generic Kiwi parser/compiler boundary
