Danila Poyarkov 5d23c3e834 AI chat panel with ⌘J toggle, DirectChatTransport, OpenRouter 
- ChatPanel.vue: message list, tool timeline, typing indicator, API key setup
- use-chat.ts: Chat + DirectChatTransport + ToolLoopAgent (no backend)
- App.vue: toggle between PropertiesPanel and ChatPanel in same splitter slot
- ⌘J keyboard shortcut to open/close chat
