- Move codec, NodeChange conversion, and instance overrides under kiwi/fig
- Flatten the codec entrypoint to kiwi/fig/codec

- Serialize imported symbolOverrides and uniform scale factors for instances
- Strip unsupported variable consumption maps from preserved overrides before encoding
