chore(vendor): bump agent submodule to ea27441 (origin/main)

Update the vendor/agent pointer from a6f1897 to the current agent-rs
origin/main tip (ea27441). Verified: cargo check --workspace builds clean
against it; ea27441 is on origin so submodule checkout resolves in CI.
