* Fix Azure Service Bus MassTransit feature to only register consumers if consumers are not marked as disabled. * Add comment explaining NPGSQL version override * Update `WorkflowDefinitionActivityRegistryUpdater` FirstOrDefault will exit the loop immediately, which is faster, than SingleOrDefault, which will go through the end of the list to ensure only a single item matches the predicate. * Ensure temporary consumers are registered * Add flag to control if consumer should ignore ConsumersDisabled flag |
