Introduced a new service, WorkflowExecutionLogRecordExtractor, to abstract the logic for extracting workflow execution logs records from the WorkflowExecutionContext. Updated StoreWorkflowExecutionLogSink to use this new service, which simplifies the execution log persistence method.
