Sipke Schoorstra dff6e14093 Add WorkflowExecutionLogStore implementation and migrations ... Introduced a new `WorkflowExecutionLogStore` to handle workflow execution log persistence. Added necessary extensions, indexes, migrations, and updated the startup configuration to register the new store and index provider.
