Updated `docker-compose.yml` to include `depends_on` for `trace-lens`, ensuring it starts after `plantuml-server` and `postgres`. Modified the README to include `Elsa.Workflows` in `OTEL_DOTNET_AUTO_TRACES_ADDITIONAL_SOURCES` and corrected formatting for `OTEL_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTES`.
