Sipke Schoorstra b1adc28ba1 Increase default timeout in ISignalManager interface ... The timeouts for the WaitAsync methods in the ISignalManager interface have been increased. The new default value for these methods is now 2000 milliseconds, up from the previous 1000 milliseconds.
