This commit adds a new migration, V3_2, to various Elsa modules including MySql, SqlServer, Sqlite and PostgreSql. It includes the creation of new migration files for both alterations and runtime aspects. The commit applies to Elsa's EntityFrameworkCore-based modules and forms part of the database schema evolution process.
