Sipke Schoorstra 83a8de6aae Change default BaseUrl port to 8080 
Updated the appsettings.json to change the BaseUrl port from 5001 to 8080. This modification aligns with the new server configuration requirements.

Server

This project represents an Elsa application that hosts workflows and exposes API endpoints to manage & execute workflows. It also hosts the Elsa Studio Web Assembly project, which replaces the Stencil implementation.
