Sipke Schoorstra f6eccde968 Switch to project references from package references 
Replaced package references for various Elsa modules with direct project references. This change aims to streamline dependency management and avoid issues related to differing package versions. Updated the solution file and Directory.Build.props accordingly to reflect the new paths.
