* fix(diagnostics): honor MaxRecentLogQuerySize for relational Take Relational recent-log queries used a hard-coded null→100 default and 1000 clamp, so enabling Sqlite silently dropped the page size from the InMemory contract of StructuredLogsOptions.MaxRecentLogQuerySize.
