A new GitHub Actions workflow has been introduced for appending a footer to issues that have been tagged with a 'bounty' label. The text for this footer is taken from a newly added "bounty-footer.md" file in the "docs" folder. The workflow is triggered whenever an issue is labeled, and it checks out the repository, reads the footer content, and appends it to the labeled issue.
