* fix(alterations): honor tenant isolation in Memory alteration stores Stamp ambient tenant on Memory plan/job saves and filter find/count/list with TenantVisibility so default Alterations persistence matches EF SetTenantIdFilter / ApplyTenantId. Locks Save under MemoryStore.Sync.
