Sipke Schoorstra c282f5a7b2 Fix CallRingGroup activity 
The activity returned the extension rather than the resolved extension result (the destination).

Also fixed an issue with handling the Hangup event so that it only exists when the caller hangsup, instead of always exiting when the target party doesn't answer (which also triggers a Hangup event).

Fix serialization issues when using WriteHttpResponse from code.

The issue was that the lambda for the Content property itself was being serialized.

Sipke Schoorstra 8e97f7ae79 Refactor quartz job scheduler into async background service 
When a system has many suspended workflows, it takes a long time for Quartz to schedule each trigger, blocking application startup.
Moving this logic to a hosted service allows this process to happen in the background, not blocking startup
