Fixed code indentation in WorkflowStateExtractor, adjusted output handling in LocalWorkflowClient, and replaced project references in Elsa.Api and Elsa.Http. Reactivated JavaScript engine configuration in Elsa.Server.Web for enhanced script execution capabilities.
Eliminated the `Elsa.Labels`, `Elsa.Environments`, and `Elsa.OpenTelemetry` modules along with their handlers, contracts, models, and related functionality. This cleanup improves maintainability and aligns the codebase with recent architectural changes.
Introduced two API endpoints to list activity and workflow commit strategy registrations. Updated the project file to include the new directory structure for the endpoints. These endpoints provide unified responses from the respective registry implementations.
Replaced hardcoded System.Text.Json version 8.0.4 with a variable $(SystemTextJsonVersion) across multiple project files. This improves maintainability and consistency when updating the package version.

An unused Protobuf library import was found in Program.cs file. In order to clean up the code and improve readability, this import statement has been removed. No other changes have been made.

Optimize code by removing unnecessary constructor assignments and simplify function calls. The simplification is mainly achieved by directly passing the required services as constructor parameters instead of assigning them to private fields first. This results in a more readable and less redundant code.

The hardcoded version specification has been removed from the Elsa.Workflows.Api project file. This change will allow the versioning system to more effectively manage and track the versioning of the project.
