Restore input to be made part of scheduled activities for flowing data
...
This restores ForEach, ParallelForEach and certain Telnyx activities' functionality, but also sets back the ability to keep input/output entirely outside of the workflow when desired.
More work required to persist scheduled activity output using the workflow storage provider API

Make sure to always have a content parser
...
This handles the case where no content parsers were registered with DI, but the HTTP middleware is still installed.
Might consider throwing an explicit exception instead later.
