Sipke Schoorstra 847d6244ba Update workflows to target patch/3.2.x branch and tag Docker images 
Changed the target branch from 'main' to 'patch/3.2.x' in the workflow YAML files. Updated Docker image tags to specific version '3.2.0-rc3' for both elsa-server and elsa-studio.

Sipke Schoorstra 3454ca0df5 Add GitHub Actions workflows for Elsa Docker images 
This commit introduces two new GitHub Actions workflows: one for building and deploying the Elsa Server + Studio Docker image, and another for the Elsa Server Docker image. Both processes automate the build and push actions to Docker Hub using the latest ubuntu version and buildx for multi-platform support.
