Multiple new test files were added to deliver application component tests. This move improves testing by adding integration tests that cover overall system behavior and checking end-to-end actions. Ensuring the system functions correctly as a whole. In the process, updating some package versions to maintain compatibility.

Create new docker-compose files for non-data dog and data dog services. New services include Postgres, cockroachdb, rabbitmq, redis, and elsa-server. Along with the services, a new bash script for migration and various new activities and endpoints are also added for the Elsa server. This set of changes broadens the operational environment of Elsa.
The changes involve turning off the use of Dapper in Elsa.Server.Web project for database operations. In addition, the `EFCore.BulkExtensions.MIT` has been added in the Elsa.EntityFrameworkCore.Common project as a package reference. The BulkUpsertAsync function has been refactored to utilize the BulkInsertOrUpdateAsync function provided by the BulkExtensions package, streamlining the operation. The related package versions have also been introduced in the Directory.Packages.props file.
* Add timestamp filtering for workflow instances
