The methods in the workflow runtime now accept nullable runtime options. Providing workflow options is now optional - if no options are provided, default values are used. Changes have been applied across all relevant methods in IWorkflowRuntime, ProtoActorWorkflowRuntime and DefaultWorkflowRuntime classes, thus ensuring consistent behavior and null safety across the workflow runtime.
Logging throughout the application, specifically in ActivityExecutionContextExtensions.cs, SendEmail.cs, and more, has been refactored to exclude activity state from log entries. There have also been updates to other files, such as introducing JetBrains.Annotations and modifying certain methods. Additionally, the IHttpMessageHandlerProvider.cs file has been removed.
Two inputs in DispatchWorkflow.cs, "Workflow Definition" and "Correlation ID", now have additionally defined DisplayName properties. This will enhance understanding and user experience by displaying clearer input field names within the application.

A new BatchProcessing sample project has been added demonstrating how to process items in batches. ForEach and ParallelForEach activities were updated to allow using an IAsyncEnumerable as source. BulkDispatchWorkflows was also refactored to improve its efficiency and handling.
Created classes and implemented the basic architecture for workflow cancellation. This includes command handlers, dispatchers, and consumers. However, the actual cancellation logic needs to be implemented later. Also, the Elsa solution file was cleaned up by deleting unnecessary entries.
The code was adjusted to correctly handle cases when the method `GetBackgroundOutcomes` returns null. This would cause the activity to complete prematurely.

This refactoring improves readability and maintainability by separating the bookmark persisting logic from the PersistBookmarkMiddleware class. The BulkDispatchWorkflows.cs activity in Elsa.Workflows.Runtime module has been updated with some key changes: Added detailed description to the input element, introduced the dispatchedInstancesCount to accurately track the number of instances dispatched, and removed some unnecessary white spaces for improved readability.
