Refactor InputFunctionsDefinitionProvider to remove unused parameter. Simplify JintJavaScriptEvaluator object wrapping configuration and update Jint package to version 4.0.1. Add type Random to ConfigureEngineWithCommonTypes and enhance error handling in TaskReporter.
Replaced IWorkflowDispatcher in TaskReporter with IWorkflowInbox to streamline task reporting. This fixes race conditions when the workflow is attempted to be resumed before it committed its bookmarks.
Included the TenantId property in the workflow definition to support tenant-specific workflows. Skipped a multitenancy test due to the current issue where not all workflows are assigned the Tenant1 tenant.
