Subject: [PATCH] Update string formatting in bounty.yml

Changed the string interpolation syntax in bounty.yml. This subtle change from double quotes ("") to backticks (``) ensures proper parsing of the dynamic content, specifically under the 'script' section for 'issueComment'.
